Leaving on a Jet Plane

Heading out on the flight from hell... a milk run to beat all milk runs... New Orleans to OKCity (I guess if it's good enough for the Hornets it's good enough for me) then OKCity to Denver and then Denver to San Jose... By tonight I'll be sleeping half a mile from the the Pacific surf.

It's gonna be an interesting day.

SURF:
2-3 ft - knee to waist high and fair conditions.


AM UPDATE: Generally clean, soft little peaks, with an occasional line showing out of the S. Look for a gradual build through the day.

FRIDAY

Building, long-period S(180-185) Southern Hemi fills in with 3-4'+ waves at well exposed spots whle top breaks see head high plus surf and better sets. Secondary, short-period WNW windswell is good for waist high waves.

CONDITIONS: Winds generally light nearshore early in the morning for most spots while the Bay area sees 5-10kt WSW winds. Afternoon winds are W at 10-20kts+.
