Depending on your perspective (see the dualing comments of the last post) it's taken me five months, two weeks, or all day today to finally get the newest Food Fetish Podcast up and running. It's a fun show, mostly taken from a long interview and tasting I had the great opportunity to participate in at Morton's Steakhouse in New Orleans. It was a long producing haul, but a fun show to do.
